  • electronics
  • signal processing
  • communications
  • networking
  • computer science
  • software engineering
  • artificial intelligence
  • computational intelligence
  • scientific computing

  • All papers published by ISAST are peer reviewed. Manuscripts should be sent as e-mail file attachment to the editorial office of ISAST, to the address: editor@isastorganization.org

The decision of the first review (acceptance, conditional acceptance after minor revision, conditional acceptance after major revision, or rejection) will be submitted to the sender of the manuscript in 4 weeks from receipt of the manuscript. If the manuscript is accepted “conditional acceptance after minor revision” or “conditional acceptance after major revision”, the final decision of the acceptance/rejection of the publication will be sent not later than in 3 weeks of receipt of the revised version.

If the manuscript is accepted for publication in the paper, additional information is sent to the corresponding author.

To cover the working, printing, posting expenses mandatory 350 Euros publication fee is required for 10 printed pages length of regular paper. ISAST requires payment of an overlength publication charge of 50 Euros per printed page in excess of ten pages. For correspondence paper (6 pages), publication fee is 250 Euros. No additional pages are possible to be printed. For letter paper (3 pages), publication fee is 150 Euros. No additional pages are possible to be printed.

The manuscripts should be sent in the electronic PDF format, because the final camera-ready papers will be forwarded to a digital printing house. Other types of formats cannot be accepted. After the manuscript has arrived, its code number will be submitted to the corresponding author. Always refer to the code number when you are in contact with the edition of ISAST. The covering letter of the manuscript should include the complete name and address of the corresponding author as well as the telephone number and possibly also the fax number. The e-mail address should also be enclosed. In the covering letter should be mentioned to which of the following journals the manuscript will be sent:

We publish three different types of paper articles:

    Regular papers:
Length of the article is 10 pages in two-column in the final version. Additional pages can be published with extra fee 50 Euros/page. See example here.

    Correspondence papers:

Length of the article is 6 pages in two-column in the final version. See example here.

    Letters:

Length of the article is 3 pages in two-column in the final version. In that case, decision procedure is only acceptance/rejection. See example here.

Check publication fees of different types of articles here.

The title page should include the complete names of the authors and the addresses of affiliations, The name of the corresponding author, telephone number, fax and e-mail address should be included in the title page. The abstract should be 100 – 250 words. After the abstract, about 3-10 keywords should be given. After keywords, give the most suitable area of interest using the code number, which has been given in the "Areas of interest" (eg. 1.3 Computer Graphics). In the same manner select the suitable second area of interest. After these there should be Introduction, in which the background of the problem should be described, significance, the earlier research work in connection with the topic, and the innovation achieved by the work.
